55 Gallon Tank After 3 Months

What a difference 3 months makes:

Before: 2005.07.29

After: 2005.10.22

Thanks to Jim for pointing out that the URLs may not work correctly for certain filphoto.com users.

Thanks Jim!

I think I figured out why the same URL could point to two different photos. In the upper right hand corner, coppermine users can set the sorting order (e.g. FILE NAME + or DATE -) which is perhaps stored in a cookie. This is a logical bug in coppermine since when you're in the gallery view, it only has the album number (album=160) and position (pos=1) in the URL, hence two users with different cookies would see
different photos.

This would definitely be a problem with two users with different sort orders.

The trick is to specify a URL which actually has the "pid" value as in:
http://www.filphoto.com/displayimage.php?pid=3018&fullsize=1

or use the exact URL provided under "File information" (note the minus):
http://www.filphoto.com/displayimage.php?pos=-3018

cheers,

Kyo,

I saw two different photos when I clicked on the "Before" and "After" links: 2005.07.29 and 2005.10.22. Based on comments sent to me by filphoto.com users this often happens to links in Coppermine-operated sites). So what I do for my own gallery is just put the link to the thumbnails' page so that viewers can then click on the photos they want to see from there, instead of being led to a "bum steer." I'd suggest you use the thumbnail link Kyo-Aquatic-Thumbnails for your own photos, but then again I'm a computer bozo and you're the whiz! :P
